High School Degree with Vocational Trades Certificate preferred. Mechanical ability and experience/training essential. Ability to work independently and be self-directed. NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and Agency policies, practices and procedures required. Telephone required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills essential. These functions may include; however, are not limited to, Vehicle Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, Furnace Maintenance, Carpentry and other physical plant and grounds upkeep.
